What are peptides used for? +
All products sold by VYRL Labs are for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. Peptides are used in scientific research to study biological processes.
Who can purchase from VYRL Labs? +
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and purchase from VYRL Labs. All purchases are for research purposes only. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
How do I place an order? +
Create a member account, browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an invoice via email with payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed we'll fulfill your order.
How do I pay? +
We accept Zelle and Venmo. Payment details are included on your invoice. For Venmo please set the transaction to Private before sending. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by location but most US orders arrive within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS or UPS in discreet, unmarked packaging.
Do you offer local pickup? +
Yes — select Local Pickup at checkout and enter your general area. We'll reach out to coordinate a convenient meetup location. Local pickup is free.
How much is shipping? +
We charge a flat $15 shipping fee for all shipped orders anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is always free.
Are your products lab tested? +
Yes. All VYRL Labs products are sourced from verified manufacturers and tested for purity. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request — email info@vyrl-labs.com with the product name and batch number.
Can I return or exchange a product? +
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@vyrl-labs.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
How is my order packaged? +
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no VYRL Labs branding on the outside. Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis? +
Email info@vyrl-labs.com with the product name and your order number. We'll send the COA for your specific batch.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?+
A Certificate of Analysis is available for every batch we carry. It provides third-party verified results including purity percentage, identity confirmation, and potency testing. To request a COA for any product, email us at info@vyrl-labs.com with the product name and your order information. We will provide the corresponding COA promptly.
What is a COA and why does it matter?+
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an independent third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and potency of a compound. For research purposes, a COA ensures the compound you are working with meets the specifications stated. All products carried by VYRL Labs are third-party tested and COAs are available upon request for every batch.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?+
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but for optimal long-term preservation, store unreconstituted vials in a freezer at -20°C or below, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store the vial refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Always keep vials sealed and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. These are general research storage guidelines — always refer to the specific compound documentation.
