We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no VYRL Labs branding on the outside. Products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity during transit. We take discretion seriously on every single order.
Local pickup is available and free of charge. Select Local Pickup at checkout and enter your general area or city. We will reach out to coordinate a convenient meetup. We do not have a fixed pickup location.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of payment confirmation, contact us at orders@vyrl-labs.com.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at orders@vyrl-labs.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
