To access our catalog and place orders, you must create a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you submit an order, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment via Zelle and Venmo. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed.
VYRL Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
We ship to all US states. A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all shipped orders. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at info@vyrl-labs.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
